This majestic arrangement of What Child Is This is a favorite Christmas carol. Arranged by Anne Crosby Gaudet, this piece is comfortable and rewarding to play on either the piano or harp.
If you play this piece on the piano, you will need to choose and write in your fingering and also think about where to change the pedal. Listen to my video and you'll hear where my pedal changes are located. My first piano teacher told me to pedal with my ears.
If you play the arrangement on your harp, you will need to plan your fingering and brackets. Watch how I place my intervals of fifths as a group, especially when my hands are crossing.
