Simply 7 Gentle Melodies, harp solos

SIMPLY 7 GENTLE MELODIES is a collection of seven familiar tunes, simply arranged for elementary harpists. Each arrangement can be played on a small harp with bass C as the lowest pitch.

The score does not include fingering or brackets, giving elementary players a learning opportunity to practise choosing their own. The collection also makes wonderful sight-reading material for early-intermediate harpists.

With its gentle, cohesive mood, this set is especially well suited to harp therapy and other peaceful settings. As you become comfortable with the pieces, try creating smooth segues between them to form one continuous program.

The arrangements can also be played on a small double-strung harp. In a few places, simply play the left hand one octave higher.
