I composed HARVEST MOON on September 16, 2016. It was a beautiful, clear night in Halifax, Nova Scotia; a perfect night for a walk along the boardwalk to watch the harvest moon rise up over the harbour. This harp solo will challenge intermediate level players to count and feel the gentle, syncopated rhythm.

This piece has a relaxed syncopated rhythm and a lovely melody that stays with you. It’s challenging, but a joy to play.
