FOR THE BEAUTY OF THE EARTH is a favourite traditional hymn, written in the 1864 by Folliot Pierpoint. This arrangement uses the familiar Christmas carol tune, “As With Gladness Men of Old”, which was composed by Conrad Kocher in 1838.
The download includes two version of the hymn, one for large harps and one for small harps. Both early intermediate versions are in G Major and have no lever changes. The score includes helpful rehearsal marks and some fingering/bracket support.
