  1. In the Meadow - focus on playing single notes with finger 2 and intervals of 2nds. A good piece for using landmark reading strategies.
  2. A Simple Rose - Focus on solid and broken 3rds. Fingering has not been included so the player has the option to use 4-note finger groupings or not.
  3. Lady's Slipper - Practice counting eighth note rhythms in 3/4 time signature. No fingering has been included so the player has the choice to link fingering patterns or not.

Enthusiasm Restored! Attainable Tunes for a Beginner!

I was about to give up on the harp and then watching Anne and her method of teaching I realized I was trying to run before I could even lift my head. I also found the shop and her books and can I just say this is just what I needed. Gentle, easy music that makes you feel as though you're achieving rather than floundering through pieces. I can't wait to get my fingers on my harp tomorrow to begin learning them. I will be reccomending to my harping friends.

Brilliant beginner lessons that make your harp playing sound so professional

Anne is a brilliant composer and arranger. Her compositions and arrangements enable a beginner harper to sound really good and even professional. This is such an advantage to people like me who love the harp but are still learning this wonderful instrument. And the price of the sheet music is so reasonable, less than a decent cup of coffee.
