TUNES FOR TWO is a collection of seven easy duet arrangements of familiar classics and traditional tunes, perfect for beginner harpists. You'll be able to start playing right away, either with your teacher or a more advanced friend—making music twice as fun!
- The student parts are beautifully laid out with large font sizes, plus fingering and bracket suggestions for extra support.
- All student parts can be played on harps with as few as 19 strings.
- The accompaniment parts are written without fingering so they can be easily played on either harp or piano.
A wonderful way to build confidence, enjoy ensemble playing, and make beautiful music from the very beginning!
The 7 selections include:
- Aura Lea (Poulton)
- Morning from Peer Gynt Suite (Grieg)
- Pastoral from Symphony #6 (Beethoven)
- Ode to Joy from Symphony #9 (Beethoven)
- Trumpet Tune (Clarke)
- Loch Lomond (Scottish traditional)
- Dona Nobis Pacem (traditional)

These duets are a wonderful way to supplement my learning experience and gain confidence in my playing as I work to increase my skill level. If you don't have access to a friend to play along with and have a piano, just record the piano part and play along with the harp. I love these lessons!
Thank you, Mary Ann! I'm so pleased that you are enjoying these duets!
