I highly recommend this one. It's are great study in getting around the harp and finger placement. You can change it up for speed and endurance too. You are getting challenged to really know your harp and where you are in relationship to your hands. I am really happy I got this one. Of course, I love Anne's music and how they are designed to help you grow. Thanks again for another successful teaching tool Anne!

When I started this piece a few mornings ago, I was starting to give up hope that I could ever really play the harp. By the end of the day, I thought I must be some kind of harp virtuoso! The truth is somewhere in between those two extremes, I'm sure, but I'm very happy for the encouragement learning Whirling Leaves gave me. It makes playing the harp fun. I had never heard of "chord neighbors" before, but my fingers fell into place easily once Anne explained them. It's now my go to warm up.

Terrific piece for beginners, that has a beautiful rhythm. The instructional video is a big plus. With Anne's elementary pieces you get out of the realm of "primer" sounding and into the "lovely I want to play it again" realm!
