QUEEN OF THE MAY a terrific study for learning how to place 4-note finger groupings in the right hand. But don't be fooled by my calling this piece a "study", it's lots of fun to play as it celebrates the ancient Celtic festival of Beltane.
Elementary level harpists will find this piece accessible and rewarding to play. No levers? No problem! This piece is written in C Major and can easily be played on a small harp with bass C as the lowest pitch. "Queen of the May" is also available as part of the Year Round collection.
